Established in 1984, MSL is an independently owned business with over 30 years experience in legal expenses, assistance and claims services. MSL is a trading name of MSL Legal Expenses Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the FCA.

MSL is part of Drive Further, an independent collection of companies, which also includes MSL Vehicle Solutions, Financial & Legal Insurance and Opsium.

Drive Further is a family owned collective, built upon the strong foundation left by David Garner, who initially rented out his own Renault 5 to found the business in 1984. Now owned by his son, Nick Garner, the companies provide a wide range of services to brokers, intermediaries, SMEs, insurers, solicitors and their customers.

Chief Executive Officer

Nick Garner is the chief executive officer of MSL, having joined from PwC in 2004. Nick is a qualified accountant and dedicated family man to his wife and two boys.
